For the fifth consecutive year, Les Petites Mains enchants the gardens of the Palais Galliera and invites chef Youssef Gastli to take the culinary lead for another summer in the shadow of the museum.
This season, Youssef creates cuisine inspired by his travels, his experiences at some of France's greatest institutions, and his Mediterranean culture.
He is joined by the talented pastry chef Paloma Laguette, as well as Clément Brousset, an inspired mixologistwho has worked at Le Syndicat Cocktail Club.
Together, they create a sophisticated and generous culinary journey, peppered with playful nods to Rick Owens' Temple of Love exhibition, which takes over the spaces of the Musée de la Mode de la Ville de Paris at the Palais Galliera this summer.
Lunch Tuesday to Friday from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and weekends from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, by reservation, from 7.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
